Route 1 - Eligibility
You can be eligible if you:
- Earn less than £31,000 total gross annual household income.
- Live in an are where the Council can sign off the approval sheet for funding.
Route 2 - Eligibility
If you are in receipt of one of the Benefit below you can be eligible
- Income based job seekers allowance .
- Income related employment and support allowance.
- Pension guarantee credit.
- Pension savings credit.
- Working tax credit.
- Child tax credit.
- Universal credit.
- Housing benefit.
The benefit recipient can be anyone that lives in the property, it does not have to be the home owner. For example, if a child, grandparent or partner live in the house and are in receipt of one of the listed benefits, the property will be eligible for full ECO4 funding.
